TV commercials, multi-week shoots, large integrated campaigns — we have the capacity for productions far beyond the preset Sprints, and we've delivered them for brands like Basco Paints. There's no fixed price because there's no fixed scope. There is a fixed promise:
Milestone billing on large productions — the schedule is agreed in the quote, per our Engagement Terms.

Circles: monthly, in advance
You pay at the start of each month. Your team is reserved for you the moment payment clears.
Sprints: half now, half on delivery
50% when you approve the brief, 50% when we hand over the finished work. Simple.
Prices exclude VAT
18% VAT is added to invoices where it applies. International clients can pay in USD at the day's rate.
Pay quarterly, save 5%
Prepay 3 months of any Circle and we take 5% off the total.

Good questions.
You pay one fixed price every month. For that, you get your own creative people — for example a designer and a writer — who work on your tasks all month. You send a task, they finish it, you check it, they start the next one. Like a subscription, but instead of movies you get finished creative work.
It depends on what you ask for and how quickly you reply. A simple graphic takes 1–2 days. A video edit can take up to 10. The faster you give feedback, the more you get — your reply speed is the throttle.
Hourly billing punishes experience. A senior creative who solves your brief in 3 hours shouldn't earn less than someone who takes 15. One flat price means no timesheets, no surprises, and no reason for anyone to work slowly.
Circles cover your everyday creative work: social posts, graphics, copy, video edits, presentations. Big one-off builds are Sprints: brand identities, campaign launches, photo and video shoots, and long-form video. That way your monthly queue never gets blocked by one giant project.
Circles are billed monthly, in advance. Sprints are 50% to start and 50% on delivery. All prices exclude 18% VAT. Prepay 3 months of a Circle and we take 5% off.
No. When you start a Circle, a real creative turns down other work to be available for you. We can't ask them to pause mid-month. Cancellations need 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Not directly. All feedback goes through your Kafunda contact, who briefs the creative clearly. Creatives do their best work with structured direction — not a stream of messages.
We fix it. Every Circle task comes with up to 3 rounds of refinement — most get it right in one. If you change direction completely after approving a concept, that's a new task for the queue. Sprints include 3 feedback rounds in the price.
You do. Every final file belongs to you once payment clears. The editable working files (the ‘source’ files) stay with us — you can buy them for typically 25% of the project fee.
If we're late because of something on our end, we add those days back to your billing cycle — up to 7 days per month. You don't pay for our downtime.
Yes. Anything needing a genuine 24-hour turnaround carries a 50% rush fee. We'll always tell you before we charge it.
One task is one clear deliverable: a social media graphic, a one-page design, a blog post, a 30-second edit. Bigger things — a 20-page deck, a full campaign — get split into stages, and each stage is a task. Your Kafunda contact agrees the split with you before work starts.
