Good questions.
It depends on what you ask for and how fast you respond. Simple graphics turn around in 1–2 days. A video edit can take up to 10. Quick feedback means more output. Slow feedback means the queue waits.
Hourly billing penalises experience. A senior creative who solves your brief in 3 hours shouldn't earn less than someone who takes 15. You pay a flat monthly rate — no timesheets, no surprises.
No. When you start a Circle, a real creative turns down other work to be available for you. We can't ask them to pause mid-month. Cancellations need 14 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
Not directly. All feedback goes through your Kafunda contact, who briefs the creative clearly. Creatives do their best work with structured direction — not a stream of messages.
On a Circle, we keep going until you're happy. On a Sprint, you get 3 rounds of feedback. Changing direction entirely after approving a concept is a new brief — we'll talk through what that means.
You do. Every final file belongs to you once payment clears. The original working files stay with us unless you specifically purchase them.
If we're late due to something on our end, we add days back to your billing cycle. You don't pay for our downtime.
Yes. Anything needing a genuine 24-hour turnaround carries a 50% rush fee. We'll always tell you before we charge it.
