What we collect

When you post a brief: your name, email, phone (optional), company details, project information, and budget range.

When you apply as a creative: your name, contact details, location, disciplines, experience, day rate, availability, and portfolio links.

When you subscribe to the newsletter: your email address and the page you subscribed from.

Automatically: standard analytics data (pages visited, device type, approximate location, referral source) via Google Analytics and, where enabled, the Meta Pixel. These use cookies.

How we use it

To respond to your brief with a proposal, to review creative applications, to send the newsletter you asked for, and to understand which pages and campaigns work so we can improve the site.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the service providers below, who process it on our behalf.

Where it lives

Brief and application data is stored in our project management system (Notion) and processed through our hosting provider (Netlify). Newsletter emails are stored with our email provider (Brevo). Analytics data is held by Google and Meta under their own policies.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them.

How long we keep it

Briefs and applications: as long as needed to work together, or until you ask us to delete them. Newsletter emails: until you unsubscribe — every email has an unsubscribe link.

Your rights

You can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@kafundakreative.com and we'll act on it within 14 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. Material changes get a note in the newsletter.
