Pricing Schedule.
This is the document you agree to when you post a brief with Kafunda Kreative. We wrote it so anyone can understand it — no legal maze, no fine print traps.

1. What we sell, and what it costs
All prices are in Ugandan Shillings (UGX) and exclude VAT (see section 2). "M" means million.

Circles cover everyday creative work: graphics, copy, social content, presentations, and video editing (per your plan's inclusions). Brand identity systems, campaign launches, physical shoots, web development, and long-form video are Sprint-only — so one big project never blocks your monthly queue.

Where a range is shown, the final quote depends on scope — number of deliverables, shoot days, and complexity. We confirm your exact price in writing before any work starts. Every Sprint includes up to 3 rounds of feedback.
Talent Scout — a person inside your business

2. How billing works
Circles are billed monthly, in advance. Your team is reserved for you the moment payment clears. Prepay 3 months and we take 5% off the total.
Sprints are 50% / 50%. Half when you approve the brief and quote, half on delivery of the final work. Work starts after the first payment clears.
VAT. All listed prices exclude VAT. Where VAT applies (currently 18% in Uganda), it is added to your invoice.
Currency. Prices are in UGX. International clients may pay in USD at the prevailing rate on the invoice date.
Rush work. A genuine 24-hour turnaround carries a 50% rush fee. We always tell you before we charge it.
If we're late. If a delay is our fault, we add those days back to your billing cycle — up to 7 days per month.
3. Feedback, revisions & what counts as a task
One task = one clear deliverable. A social graphic, a one-page design, a blog post, a 30-second edit. Bigger work — a 20-page deck, a full campaign — is split into stages, each stage being a task. Your Kafunda contact agrees the split with you before work starts.
Circle tasks include up to 3 rounds of refinement. Most tasks get it right in one. Changing direction entirely after approving a concept is a new task for the queue, not a revision.
Sprints include up to 3 rounds of feedback, built into the fixed price.
Your feedback sets the pace. Each task is finished and approved before the next begins. Fast reviews mean more output; slow reviews mean the queue waits.
Communication runs through your Kafunda contact. You don't brief creatives directly — we translate your feedback into clear direction, which is how the work stays good and fast.
4. Starting, pausing & stopping
Starting. Post a brief, we confirm scope and price in writing, you pay, work begins.
Pausing. Circles can't be paused mid-month. When you start a Circle, a real creative turns down other work to be available for you — we can't ask them to pause their income.
Stopping. Cancel any Circle with 14 days' written notice before your next billing cycle. No exit fees, no lock-in beyond the current cycle.
5. Who owns the work
You own every final file the moment payment clears — full commercial rights, forever.
Editable working files (the "source" files — layered designs, project files, raw footage) stay with us. You can purchase them for typically 25% of the project fee.
Portfolio rights. We may showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing — just tell your Kafunda contact.
6. Your agreement
By posting a brief, you confirm that:

We may update this schedule from time to time. Changes never apply retroactively to work already agreed — the price you signed off is the price you pay.
