What this covers

These terms cover your use of kafundakreative.com — the website itself. The terms for actually working with us (pricing, payments, revisions, ownership of work) live in our Engagement Terms & Pricing Schedule, which you agree to when you post a brief.

Our content

Everything on this site — text, design, illustrations, the Journal, case studies — belongs to Kafunda Kreative Ltd or the clients and creatives credited. You're welcome to share and quote it with attribution and a link. Don't republish whole pages or pass the work off as your own.

Client work shown in the portfolio belongs to those clients and appears with their permission. Their trademarks are theirs.

Your use of the site

Use the site normally. Don't scrape it aggressively, attempt to break it, submit false briefs or applications, or upload anything unlawful through our forms.

Accuracy and changes

We keep prices and information current, but the site is not a contract — every engagement is confirmed in writing with an exact quote before work or payment happens. We may update the site, including prices, at any time; changes never apply retroactively to work already agreed.

Third-party links

The Journal links to outside sites. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content.

Liability

The site is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for losses arising from your use of the website itself. Liability for actual engagements is addressed in the Engagement Terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Disputes go first to a good-faith conversation — email hello@kafundakreative.com — and then to the courts of Uganda.
