Bridging the Gap Between Ancient Heritage and Global Trade.
The Challenge
Artisanal craft in Uganda is a massive economic driver, yet its story remained largely undocumented or lacked the 'Elite' quality required for international trade partners. The industry faced a visibility crisis—immense technical skill with invisible heritage.
Our Solution
We acted as the Narrative Hub for the ITC, moving beyond simple 'reporting' into high-stakes Strategic Documentation. We curated a specialized team of writers and photographers to deliver a 16-part series that reframed the Ugandan craft sector as a sophisticated, export-ready industry.
